After years of operation in our home “Don't Tell Mama,” Celebrating over 40 years as a legendary entertainment destination, we are honored to present our new and modern Mediterranean restaurant, Kitchen 46.

Located on world-famous Restaurant Row in the heart of New York's theater district, Kitchen 46, presents a new culinary experience inspired by the most splendid cuisine from the Mediterranean region, known for both its sophisticated, best-of-everything ethos and superlative dining pleasures. That essence is demonstrated in each of our dishes, which are prepared with the highest standards.

Our luxurious, upscale restaurant presents a Mediterranean menu with an extra dash of Manhattan. Magically transforming beloved traditional dishes into contemporary classics, Executive Chef Guy Kairi blends the familiar with the exotic, using only the finest freshest ingredients, for a Fusion Cuisine pleasing the most discerning palates.

Every dish is artistically created and sculpted on the plate by loving hands. Meet the Chef

Guy Kairi joins us after spending years working alongside leading chefs in Europe and Israel. He brings years of experience focused on Mediterranean, French, and Japanese cuisine, from which he developed a dedication to a clean presentation that keeps the central focus on the food. It’s his utmost commitment that guests at Kitchen 46 relish a dining experience that exceeds their expectations time and time again.
